June 2017 Update: TalkInArabic.com 2.0

Welcome to TalkInArabic.com 2.0!

What do you think? 🙂

We announced back in March that we had begun work on this new version of TalkInArabic.com as a way of responding to the feedback we've been receiving over the last two years.

Long overdue for sure but we finally did it.

We mentioned some of the main points of feedback we received here if you missed it.

There were some huge delays getting this update up and ready for which we apologize but it's mostly ready now. There are still some minor things we're working on and hundreds of lessons we're currently in the process of sifting through, editing, re-adding and so on.

Our native speakers will continue adding great content each week and responding to Premium members' questions and comments in the meantime.

A note on the improved navigation

We've completely simplified the way that lesson navigation works.

Now as you can see, each dialect has its own designated section of the site. A lot of people were saying that previously it was hard to navigate because lessons for various dialects were mixed together.

We've split everything into 3 clear categories: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Within these categories, lessons are designated as either Essentials (Beginner only), Listening, Conversation, Grammar and Vocabulary.

You may find some crossover (e.g. a lesson might be both vocabulary-building and a listening exercise).

We're still open to your feedback on these designations but for the time being we believe it's the clearest and most useful way to navigate the lesson material.

Please leave us feedback and let us know what you think (here) or leave a comment below.
